Join our pre-wired team to make an impact by operating manual and semi-automated pre-wired electrode machine to produce disposable electrodes while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.Schedule:12 hr shiftsRotating weekly - 2 weeks Day Shift 7am-7pm, and 2 weeks Night Shift 7pm-7am. Thurs)Your Contributions to the Organization:Duties and requirements of the job include, but are not limited to:1. Operation of semi-automated pre-wired electrode machine in a protected manner to produce disposable electrodesSet up machine and replenish with proper materials as requiredPerform the manual process steps as required, wire placement, wire wrap and packagingMonitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments as neededEnsure all safety guards are in place and functionalEnsure line clearances completed accuratelyEnsure proper coding of productEnsure proper use of correct materials2. Cleaning and preventative maintenanceEnsure clean & orderly work cell by following the 5S standards to improve overall efficiency of operations3. Perform in-process quality assurance testsSample product as defined for the processDocument checks on DHR as defined in work instructions and quality systemNotify Lead Hand, Supervisor, or Quality Assurance of non-conformancesEducation / Training and/or Qualifications:
