In this role, you will oversee the receipt and distribution of goods, daily tracking, and reporting activities. Your responsibilities include managing incoming mail, pallet disposal, and vendor access protocols. A focus on organization and detail ensures all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle shipping, receipt, and distribution of all goods
• Verify documentation accuracy for incoming shipments
• Manage pickup and disposal of used pallets
• Record receiving info in operating systems
• Monitor vendor access and issue temporary badges
Requirements:
• Experience in shipping or receiving roles
• High school diploma required
• Forklift training is an asset
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Word
• Robust communication skills for internal and external interaction
