This role will report to the SVP & Chief Information Officer, ensuring operational continuity and enabling digital transformation. You will define the infrastructure roadmap, manage crisis responses, and drive cloud adoption, thereby supporting a high-quality technology experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute infrastructure and telecommunications strategies
• Ensure performance and security of Agropur’s technology services




• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, and budgets
• Develop high-performing technical leadership teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 15+ years in IT leadership roles and progressive experience
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Experience managing OPEX/CAPEX and vendor agreements
