You’ll work on large-scale initiatives valued between $1.5M and $1B+, collaborating with multidisciplinary internal teams and a range of external client groups.Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out comprehensive quantity takeoffs for materials and labour required across multiple scopes of workDeveloping clear and structured quantity breakdowns based on drawings, specifications, and trade divisionsEstablishing accurate cost inputs for labour, equipment, and materials tailored to each projectCultivating solid working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client teamsAssessing, comparing,
