THE ROLE

Hands-on leadership. Youre on the floor selling alongside your team, coaching in the moment, and running daily operations.

• Lead by example — sell on the floor, coach your team, drive ticket values
• Hire, train, and develop a team of 4 part-time advisors
• Own your stores sales targets, inventory, scheduling, and presentation
• Build loyal repeat customers who trust your recommendations
• Execute community outreach, local marketing, and in-store events
