Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is seeking an Assistant Pastry Chef for our Main Lodge Kitchen in Blue River, BC. This seasonal, part time role supports the Pastry Chef in preparing breads, pastries, desserts and chocolate work with a creative, self-driven approach.
The ideal candidate has formal culinary training, experience in luxury hotel/restaurant environments, and strong pastry and chocolate skills. Food Safe and WHMIS are required; flexibility for day/weekend shifts is expected.
