Your hands-on assistance will make a significant impact on the lives of those navigating challenges related to mental wellness and substance use.Key Responsibilities:Establish dignifying relationships with clientsAssist clients in identifying goals and priority needsProvide feedback on client care plansReport on client progress and interactionsSupport clients in daily living activitiesRequirements:Two years lived experience in substance recoveryTraining in Peer Support or related areaValid Class Five BC Driver's LicenseCurrent CPR or Naloxone trainingStrong communication and advocacy skillsUse your lived experience to foster hope and promote recovery with Fraser Health's compassionate community-focused approach.
