Overview The Continuous Improvement Leader will initiate and drive Continuous Improvement projects within a rapid-paced, high-growth food manufacturing environment. The Program Leader will be a key member in implementing new strategic initiatives and special projects in our current and new facilities, with the aim of standardizing best practices and enabling FGF to effectively grow. This role will lead and mentor multiple Continuous Improvement Engineers and support their scalability initiatives.
