Location: Marino’s Auto GroupReports to: Parts ManagerType of contract: Permanent Full-TimeAre you ready to be a vital part of our automotive team as an Assistant Parts Manager? We're searching for a motivated and reliable individual to joinour team at Marino's Fine Car Subaru!The AssistantParts Manager is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationshipswith clients. As a team player, the Assistant Parts Manager strives to developcollaborative relationships throughout the dealership.Key responsibilities:Organizes,supervises, and directs the work of the Parts Department and personnel engagedin receiving, issuing, and delivering supplies and equipment.Helps Parts manager to manage and monitor parts department reportingsystems to meet company requirements.Manage and assist with wholesalepartsoperations,including collision software such as Progi, Collisionlink.Assist with implementing operationaltargets and benchmarks regarding profitability, volume, sales etc.Reviews vendorinvoices for correctness, price, and acceptability of items to specifications.Manages partsinventory levels and monitors old slow-moving parts inventories to beclassified as obsolete inventory.Handles customercomplaint problems pertaining to parts and supplies.Works with PartsManagers to maintain adequate supplies and parts inventory.Is responsible forthe security of inventory and for analyzing the quality of parts.Must timeinventory purchases to coincide with sales and special initiatives in order totake advantage of savings.Is responsible fortraining and leading the Parts Department team and for reviewing teamperformance on a regular basis, according to dealership policy.Stocks items byunpacking, arranging,



and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjustinginventory system and assuring all safety risksMaintains safe andsecure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures,compliant with codesOther duties as assignedQualifications:Proven trackrecord of achieving or over-achieving goals, import experienceGreat attitudewith a high-energy personality3-5+ years Automotive Dealership Assistant Parts Management experienceExperience withDMS, specifically PBS.Fixed knowledge inoverall operations, management, and retail area a plusExcellentinterpersonal, customer service, negotiation skills, and strong selling skillsExcellent people management skills, demonstrating an ability to organizethe work, attention to detailAbility to perform mathematical calculations and to take ownership ofproblems with a positive attitude and bring them to completionAbility to work in a team environment to achieve common goalsExperience in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesAbility to remain calm and composed under pressure with the ability to diffuse tense situationsStrong problem-solving skills & a robust sense of personal responsibility andreliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a teamComputer skills -Microsoft Office – Word and ExcelWorking in Parts DepartmentCompensation:Compensation range: $70,000 CAD- $90,000 CADThe range may vary based on experience and qualifications.This compensation encompasses salary, bonuses,
