The Skilled Labourer/Equipment Operator will perform various duties on site as assigned by the Senior Site Superintendent or other site personnel as identified by the Senior Site Superintendent. These duties may include, but are not limited to, material handling, operating equipment, and site clean-up.The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:Loading and unloading construction materials, and handling materials as requiredPerforming some carpentry and miscellaneous carpentry-related dutiesAssisting contractors on site as directed by the Senior Site SuperintendentManaging the recycling/construction waste process and ensuring recyclable materials are separated as requiredGeneral site cleanliness,



cleaning up the sites and supervising site labour (as provided) to maintain overall site orderlinessResponsible for operating Spring Creek equipment and commercial trucksMaintain an orderly and clean construction materials yardAssisting with snow removal as requiredWorking with Spring Creek staff and contractors to ensure a protected work siteWorking in a safe manner consistent with Spring Creek's Health & Safety programComplete required safety paperwork (such as Field Level Hazard Assessments) on a daily basisCompleted required equipment checklists on a daily basis
