The Prince Albert Grand Council is seeking a full-time Youth Coordinator to oversee initiatives under the Land Based Healing Project. This role involves planning diverse programs that promote youth empowerment, relationship building, and personal growth. Collaborate closely with the Health Director and other community coordinators to develop inclusive programming rooted in cultural teachings and established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and promote youth and family community programs
• Address needs using a strength-based model




• Facilitate cultural teachings and language classes
• Empower youth through leadership opportunities
• Oversee daily operations with volunteers and staff
Requirements:
• At least 24 years of age and community resident
• Experience working with youth and families
• CPR, First Aid, and Wilderness Safety certifications
• Knowledge of survival skills related to the land
• Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
