TriForce GC seeks a seasoned Project Manager with at least seven years in commercial construction. This role requires expertise in managing multiple projects worth up to $10 million, ensuring financial performance and solid client relationships. You'll exhibit decisiveness and sound judgment while leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial performance & successful delivery of construction projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and procurement strategies
• Manage RFP/RFI bidding and subcontractor negotiations




• Lead contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in Project Management for commercial construction
• Proven ability in budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
• Familiarity with CCDC contracts and project delivery methodologies
• Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Valid Ontario driver's license for site travel
