Mecka is seeking a Global Payroll & Advantages Manager to own payroll and perks for Canada and the United States, building scalable processes as the team grows. You will ensure accurate, on-time payroll, administer competitive perks, and manage providers and interfaces across HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.
You’ll partner with People, Finance and Legal, handling day-to-day execution and long-term improvement while maintaining data security and compliance across jurisdictions.
