Job Title: Casual Medical Office Assistant (MOA)Location: Medical clinic in 100 Mile House, BCHours: Part-time/casual position with a minimum of 5 hours per week on Mondays from 9:00 a.M.–2:00 p.M. Additional hours may be available for short-notice sick coverage and vacation coverage, with the possibility of increased regular hours in the future.Position Details: We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Medical Office Assistant to join a busy primary care clinic in 100 Mile House.



The successful applicant should enjoy working with people and be comfortable in a patient-facing environment.Duties may include:Greeting and checking in patientsAnswering phones and responding to patient inquiriesScheduling and managing appointmentsGeneral reception and administrative dutiesWorking within an electronic medical record (EMR)Assisting with day-to-day clinic operationsQualifications/Skills:Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector clearanceFriendly, skilled, and good with peopleReliable and able to provide occasional short-notice coverageBasic computer skills and the ability to work comfortably in a paper-free/electronic clinic environmentPrevious medical office, MOA, or reception experience is an asset but not requiredTraining will be providedWage: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experienceClosing Date: We are hoping to fill the position as soon as possible, so applications will be reviewed as received.
