• Resolve member inquiries about benefits and services
• Call lapsed members to encourage re-engagement
• Sell online gift cards and support in trip planning
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Knowledge of travel industry is an asset
• Solid communication and detail-oriented skills
