As part of this growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to join the People Operations team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment, enjoys working with data, and takes ownership of delivering accurate, timely payroll.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Payroll Processing & Compliance Process weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employeesEnsure compliance with federal, multi-state, and applicable Tribal regulationsReview and validate timecards, overtime, deductions, and benefitsManage direct deposits, payroll setup, and employee changes (garnishments, tax updates, etc.)Calculate partial payments for new hires and terminationsReporting & ReconciliationPrepare and distribute weekly payroll reportsSupport year-end processes, including W-2sAssist with payroll audits and compliance reportingAnalyze payroll data and identify discrepanciesEmployee Support & Issue ResolutionInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesProvide clear guidance on pay, deductions,
