In this role, you will manage volunteer activities during evenings and weekends throughout the performance season. This includes ensuring that volunteers are well-matched to their tasks and adequately supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster positive volunteer engagement and skill matching
• Manage over 300 active volunteers effectively
• Oversee member bingo commitments for fundraising




• Provide resources and feedback to volunteer leaders
• Support various operational needs for YSC as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of volunteer management experience
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Proven relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
• Class 5 driver's license; transparent police check
