About you: You’re a hands‑on IT generalist who enjoys being the go‑to person for technology and solving problems across a broad environment. You have a strong background in systems administration, infrastructure, networking, and end‑user support, and you’re comfortable working directly with employees, systems, and vendors. You stay calm when troubleshooting and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and can translate technical risks, limitations, and investment decisions into practical business terms. You’re comfortable being Vital Bio’s main IT person, while helping us build a more scalable IT function as the company grows. You don’t need to have seen every technology or solved every possible problem before, but you should have strong technical fundamentals, valuable judgment, and the ability to learn quickly.
