The assistant will manage day-to-day preparation, implementation,



documentation and evaluation of therapy programs and will demonstrate support of Park Place Policies and conduct themselves in a qualified manner.QualificationsRecognized Therapy/Recreation Assistant Certificate or Diploma is an asset, but not requiredExperience working with seniors, the disabled, or those requiring mental health support is an assetClear criminal record and security clearance with vulnerable sector included (no more than 6 months old)Must be physically fit, able to be on your feet for long periods of timeExperience with Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelEffective written and oral communication skills in EnglishMust be able to work independently, and as part of the interdisciplinary teamSchedule (Current 4-Week Rotation)The current 4-week rotation schedule is 1300-2030 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week.#J-18808-Ljbffr
