You will combine Workday functional expertise with robust consulting, client advisory, and delivery capabilities to help clients achieve measurable outcomes throughout their digital transformation journeys.You will collaborate with cross-functional technology, data, integration, and change team members to design and deploy scalable Workday solutions aligned with client business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will guide stakeholders through decisions, communicate trade-offs, and help deliver practical, integrated solutions that create lasting value.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead functional workstreams on Workday implementation projects, owning full lifecycle delivery from discovery and design through configuration,



testing, deployment, and post-go-live support* Build trusted relationships with client leaders and serve as a senior functional advisor, bringing structured recommendations, leading practices, and a clear point of view* Plan and facilitate complex design workshops with senior stakeholders to elicit and prioritize requirements, challenge current-state processes, align stakeholders, and drive timely decisions* Translate business requirements and process designs into scalable Workday configurations, documenting design decisions, assumptions, and impacts* Manage workstream scope, priorities, deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies; provide concise status reporting and escalate with clear options and recommendations* Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including integrations, data, reporting, security, testing, change management, and project management, to support an integrated solution* Lead system and user acceptance testing activities, support defect triage and resolution, and maintain quality through disciplined review and validation* Develop clear client-ready deliverables, including process designs, configuration workbooks, decision logs, test assets, training materials, and operational documentation* Deliver knowledge
