Own the Workday evolution roadmap and prioritize enhancements
Lead evaluation and deployment of recent Workday features




Collaborate with stakeholders to identify scalable solutions
Manage team capacity and optimize resource allocation
Develop team skills in Workday and agile methodologiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
7+ years of Workday platform experience
10+ years in leadership and cross-functional team management
Proven track record in project ownership
