Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update land records in the Pandell system
Audit land files to ensure true accuracy and completeness




Acquire permanent land rights for operational needs
Process third-party road use requests meticulously
Provide support to Land Service Providers and guide them

Requirements:
At least 7 years in land administration, including road use
Degree or diploma in Land Administration or related field
Familiarity with land registry procedures and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Share Point
Knowledge of AER and CER legislation
