Bayshore Health Care is inviting nurses to join its Northern Staffing Program. In this short-term assignment, you will provide essential health services to residents of remote communities, ensuring comprehensive primary and emergency care. With a robust emphasis on health promotion, planning, and communication, your skills will significantly impact the lives of clients in various communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver primary and emergency nursing care to diverse age groups
Conduct assessments and implement best practice guidelines
Create and follow individualized care plans
Ensure clients’ emotional and physical comfort
Collaborate in a team-oriented health center setting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
Active nursing license registered in valuable standing
3,000 hours in acute care or remote community nursing
Willingness to obtain provincial nursing licensure
Additional training requirements based on interview
