Join our Agile team in Collateral Management, where you’ll build and evolve capabilities that support FCC’s collateral and security ecosystem (including assets, agreements, and valuations) and help ensure our lending systems remain trustworthy, scalable, and ready for what’s next.In this role, you’ll operate as a senior technical leader—delivering complex solutions and helping shape technical direction through thoughtful design decisions, strong patterns and practices, and a commitment to smart, clean, maintainable code. You’ll translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical partners, collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders,
and coach others to continuously improve team delivery and ways of working.
