The incumbent will consistently demonstrate the core values of the Department including accountability, integrity and respect by providing exceptional customer service delivery; accept and process applications for a variety of programs; act as a single point of contact to ensure customer service needs are met; explain in detail to customers the requirements of various acts, regulations and government programs covering a wide variety of government services; collect revenue by cash, cheque, money order,
