As Property Field Appraisal, you assist with appraisal and investigative activities as part of the claim resolution process More specifically, you will be required to:Define the extent of damages or analyze and control estimates received from suppliers, recommend ways of doing things in accordance with quality standards and company proceduresAnalyze the circumstances of the incident in order to gather as much relevant information as may be decisive in the progress of the investigationParticipate in the preparation and proposal of action plans likely to promote the correction of situations encountered, in accordance with guidelines and generally recognized rulesSuggest improvements to processes, methods and toolsProvide coaching for our preferred contractors networkProvide opinion on complex construction issueFind alternative solutions or different/more efficient repair methodsBe on-duty to provide emergency instruction to our preferred restoration network at timesEnsure the respect of our estimation guidelines and the cost control.What we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable,
