HK Kolmar Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Line Supervisor to oversee production operations and lead a team of manufacturing employees. The successful candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production line operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate production staff.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
- Identify and resolve production, quality, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and work areas.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to meet production goals.




- Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with cGMP is an asset.
- English proficiency required.
