In this full time, permanent role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Toromont's eCommerce portfolio. Working closely with Business Units, Marketing, IT, and Caterpillar, your efforts will focus on driving user adoption and measurable business impact. You'll manage product roadmaps, align with cross-functional teams, and ensure our digital channels thrive.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own product strategy and optimization of eCommerce platforms • Partner with Business Units on eCommerce adoption strategies • Monitor key performance metrics for growth opportunities • Coordinate with Marketing for effective digital campaigns • Develop relationships with Caterpillar and key product owners

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Marketing • 10+ years of experience in systems design and development • Knowledge of B2B/B2C eCommerce platforms • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration • Understanding of data modeling and user workflow mapping
