We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join our software engineering team in a permanent role. Our team is primarily frontend-focused, working with Agile methodologies to develop web tools and components that power a suite of white-label loyalty solutions.
We are a highly motivated and team-oriented team working with a variety of technologies, with full visibility and ownership of our tech stack. Lead the daily development activities of your team, providing clear direction to all team members.
Review and manage the performance of your direct reports, conducting periodic performance evaluations.
