We have 3+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist building and deploying AI-powered applications.

We have hands-on experience creating agentic AI workflows and automations using orchestration tools such as n8n, LangChain, or similar platforms.

We have working knowledge of cloud AI services such as GCP, including Vertex AI and BigQuery, and experience integrating LLM APIs into production environments.

We understand NLP, machine learning fundamentals, and core data science workflows.

Experience with low-code or no-code data tools such as KNIME is an asset.

We communicate clearly and can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We are comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage workplace with shifting priorities.

Experience supporting sales, field operations, or revenue-focused teams is a strong advantage.

Telecom or large enterprise experience is also an asset.

Responsibilities:

We design, build, and deploy agentic AI applications and automation workflows using tools such as n8n, KNIME, and GCP/Vertex AI.

We develop and productionize AI solutions across our focus areas, including rep enablement, territory scoring, CRM automation, and compensation modeling.

We build and maintain integrations between AI systems and enterprise data sources such as BigQuery and MCP servers.





We translate ambiguous business needs into working prototypes and refine them quickly with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.

We apply large language models and NLP techniques to unstructured field-sales data to generate insights, reduce manual effort, and improve rep and channel performance.

We collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to ensure our AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and well integrated with existing data pipelines.

We support feasibility reviews and MVP scoping for new AI use cases, balancing ambition with delivery timelines.

We document architecture, workflows, and model behavior clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
