You'll work closely with Operations leadership to manage employee relations, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations issues throughout the supported region
• Cultivate positive relationships with staff and leadership




• Coach on performance management and policy interpretations

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HR certification is a plus
• Minimum seven years HR experience in multi-site settings
