Shifts may vary from mornings to evenings to overnights and every other weekend.

Need to have 2 plus years experience.

The successful candidate’s areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide nursing care Drivers license and reliable car are mandatory for this position.

Providing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support Provide behavior support and crisis intervention Maintaining open communication with client and their family Monitoring care plan and adding documentation with any changes and updates Responding to all emergency situations All other duties,



as assigned Follow Care Plan Clear and detailed care notes Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to: RPN certification required Valid First Aid/CPR certificate within last 12 months Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check within last 6 months Drivers License and own insured vehicle is mandatory TB test in last 6 months 3 Covid Vaccines Up to date Flu Shot Mask Fit Satisfactory professional references Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to anticipate problems and use sound judgment and tact in handling confidential matters Please submit the appropriate documents for review.
