JOB SUMMARY : The Senior FP&A; Analyst plays a key role in supporting performance management, financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes.

Acting as a strategic Finance business partner, this individual collaborates closely with the executive teams to provide timely financial analysis, and actionable insights that support decision-making, cost control, productivity initiatives, and profitability improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive performance management analysis and KPI accountability: Commercial, Operational, and Financial Play an integral role in developing rolling forecasts, annual budgets and long-range planning Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analyses Serve as a trusted advisor to the Commercial, Operations, and Executive leadership Lead reporting automation, analytics, and dashboard development Partner with accounting team at month-end to support business performance analysis and reporting SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience 3-5 years progressive FP&A; experience, preferably in performance management across full P&L; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline CPA considered an asset but not required Technical Skills Exceptional analytical and critical thinking core competencies Advanced financial modeling, forecasting and scenario planning experience using Excel or other more advanced modeling tools Solid analytics skills including knowledge of Power BI, Power Query,



Power Pivot and dashboard development Professional Competencies Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Ability to influence decisions and challenge assumptions Executive communication and presentation skills Continuous improvement and automation mindset Capable of dealing with ambiguity and fast-paced environment Bilingual French and English.
