About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Lead UX/UI Designer to champion user-centered design principles across their digital product portfolio. In this fully remote position, you will lead a team of designers, overseeing the entire design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design. You will be instrumental in defining the user experience strategy, ensuring our client's digital products are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities Lead the UX/UI design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to launch.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform design decisions.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency.
Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record of designing successful and user-friendly digital products.
Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
