Develop and refine fit-for-purpose lithostructural and alteration models throughout the project lifecycle to support resource-to-reserve conversion, mine planning and operational decisions

Characterize host and waste-rock units, alteration patterns, and mineralized and post-mineralization structures that may influence mine infrastructure, rock-mass behaviour, stability or groundwater connectivity

Provide geological and structural support to rock mechanics and operational teams addressing seismicity, excavation response, slope stability, groundwater connectivity and infrastructure location

Improve structural data collection practices in the field, underground and from drill core through practical standards, coaching and QA/QC

Integrate structural geology with geological, geochemical, geophysical, drilling and 3D modelling data to improve exploration targeting and orebody models

Develop and maintain consistent structural geology standards, terminology and workflows across sites
