In this vital position, you will oversee the Vehicle Maintenance department, supervising both journeyperson and apprentice mechanics. Responsibilities include scheduling, assigning maintenance tasks, and providing technical direction. You'll also engage in diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance for our diverse fleet of vehicles and specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support maintenance staff daily
• Assign and prioritize repair activities based on need
• Provide hands-on repairs and maintenance as required




• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Maintain accurate work orders and inspection records

Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in mechanics
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
