* Lead technology planning activities across the business unit, acting as the primary subject matter authority and providing expert counsel that shapes strategic decisions and operational direction.* Deliver in-depth analysis of business performance, translating complex data into clear insights that identify gaps between IT plans, service level agreements, and actual outcomes.* Advise and influence senior colleagues and cross-functional teams through well-structured communication, ensuring technology strategies are understood and adopted across the organization.* Support mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing activities, contributing technology planning expertise to assess feasibility, risk, and integration requirements.* Develop and present high-quality reports, metrics, and communications that keep leadership informed and drive accountability across the business unit.* Coach and guide less experienced team members, allocating work effectively and building capability within the team to raise overall performance standards.* Assess risk considerations in all planning and advisory activities, ensuring decisions uphold compliance obligations, ethical standards, and the integrity of Citi's operations.* 6 to 10 years of experience in a technology planning role, with a demonstrated ability to operate at a strategic level and deliver complex, high-impact outcomes.* Advanced project management capability, with experience leading multi-workstream initiatives and driving delivery in complex organizational environments.* Subject matter expertise in at least one area of technology planning,
