Contribute strategically to Beneva as VP of Distribution Network – Brokerage, driving growth and partnerships while overseeing sales across Canada. This leadership role calls for expertise in business development, sales strategy, and operational efficiency.

As Vice-président(e), Réseaux de distribution – Courtage, you will report directly to the Executive Vice President and play a pivotal role in implementing the strategic plan for individual insurance and financial services. Your focus will be on enhancing Beneva's position in the market, collaborating closely with sales directors to achieve business objectives and increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy the strategic vision for brokerage and financial services
• Implement solutions to enhance market positioning and sales




• Build robust business relationships with intermediaries and partners
• Act as an executive ambassador for Beneva in the market
• Understand partner and client needs to guide product strategy

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s or MBA preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in individual insurance
• Minimum of 10 years managing managers
• Proficiency in French and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada
