Become a key player in our Operations team as a Warehouse Associate at Sleep Country Canada. This rotating shift role requires strong order picking skills and exceptional customer service.

In this position, you will handle customer product orders, conduct inventory counts, and inspect items for quality. Using RF scanners and operating material handling equipment are essential tasks, alongside adhering to health and safety standards. Your role directly supports seamless operations and customer satisfaction in our dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct product order picks and load delivery trucks
• Complete inventory counts with Supervisor
• Inspect inventory for defects and document issues
• Use RF Scanner to manage products in WMS
• Provide exceptional service for customer pick-up orders

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Capable of lifting/moving items up to 88lbs
• Flexible with shift timings including evenings and weekends
• Experience with RF scanners preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems an asset
