Our Scarborough client, an established company specializing in instrumentation and Hygiene Monitoring Systems, is looking for a Customer Service/Marketing Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities: Provide administrative, sales, and marketing support (schedule appointments, manage calendars, create quotes) to the Company President and Sales Team
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Process customer orders accurately
Maintain and update the company website (template-based platform)
Create, update, and manage marketing materials
Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications and Skills: 2-3 years of Customer Service experience
2-3 years of Marketing experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable using Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)




Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications: Experience in Accounting (asset)
Experience in Website content management (asset)
Familiarity with technical, scientific, or regulated industries - HACCP, food safety, or monitoring systems (asset)
Compensation and Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
