That includes food & beverage outlets, hotels, and attractions. This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, Parks Canada, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:This role requires frequent travel to our projects’ sites in BanffPerform due diligence on proposed projects in the initiation phase and collaborate with internal stakeholders for corporate approvalsCreate and manage Request for Proposals (RFP) for design teams and contractorsOversee project planning, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocationLead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractorsManage budgets effectively, control costs, and present regular financial reports to senior managementTrack project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet deadlinesEnsure quality standards by conducting site inspections and resolving issues promptlyIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challengesServe as the main point of contact for all internal & external project-related communicationsOversee procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationshipsEnsure compliance with provincial and national park regulations, including health and safety standardsEDUCATION:Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture,



Interior Design or a related fieldPMP certification is an assetIDEAL EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality industryProven track record of successfully managing projects in the design and construction from inception to completionFamiliarity with the end-to-end development projects processExperience with Budget & Schedule managementExperience working with projects in National Parks is preferredStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulationsExceptional leadership and team management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Smart Sheet, etc.) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Detail-oriented with a proactive mindsetReport to the Sr. Director, Development Projects and work closely with the VP OpsWork closely with the project coordinator in terms of template updates and reportingOnline meetings with consultants, contractors and stakeholdersPerform frequent site visits to Jasper, Banff and GoldenThis role can be based in our Bow Valley, Banff, or Calgary officeAbout Us:We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
