Your expertise will enhance capital projects, from conceptual development to budget management and contractor oversight. Ensure that infrastructure meets planning and development regulations while supporting Public Works Operations with engineering advice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead capital project lifecycle from scope to implementation
• Manage departmental budgets and long-term forecasts




• Supervise engineering services contract with MPE Engineering
• Conduct site inspections for quality control
• Prepare reports, contract documents, and presentations

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience
• PMP or CAPM designation preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
