Supportingthecreation,formatting,anduploadof-elearningcontentandlearningmaterialsincollaborationwithsubjectmatterexperts.

Supportingrecruitmentandselectionprocessesincludingpostingjobs,recruitmentpromotionandmedia,candidatecommunications,interviewcoordinationandparticipation,andpre-boardingandonboardingactivities.

Minimumoftwo(2)tothree(3)years’experienceinaHumanResourcesenvironmentwithadministrativeexperienceinabroadrangeofHRfunctionalactivities.Experienceinlearninganddevelopmentprogramsandinaunionizedenvironmentisanasset.

CertifiedHumanResourcesProfessional(CHRP)designationorhigher-leveldesignationrequired.

Knowledgeofandproficiencyusingavarietyoflearningmediasuchaselectronicpresentationformatsandtechnologies,integratedmultimediaandonlinelearningtechnologies,videoconferencingandin-houseclassroomdesign.

Availabilitytoaccommodatedeadlinesandattendeveningand/orweekendmeetingsorothereventsasrequired.

Thewagerangeforthisupcomingnewandvacantcontractpositionis$38.27-$48.85perhour(basedona35-hourweek)andthesuccessfulcandidatewillbecompensatedwithinthisrange.
