Join a leading firm as a Senior Labour and Employment Lawyer providing strategic legal advice across Canada. Support businesses on employee relations, workplace investigations, and legislation compliance.

This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Labour and Employment Law within Canada, with a strong focus on advising HR teams and business leaders. You will manage litigation files and provide guidance on wrongful dismissals, workplace misconduct, and collective agreements. Your expertise will help mitigate workplace risks and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on employee relations and workplace investigations
• Draft employment agreements and workplace policies
• Manage litigation files across various employment disputes




• Partner with external counsel on court matters
• Provide strategic guidance on workplace safety compliance

Requirements:
• 6-15+ years of Labour and Employment Law experience
• Called to the Ontario Bar since 2019 or earlier
• LL.B/J.D. and in positive standing with the Law Society
• Experience with tort litigation and employee misconduct matters
• Knowledge of employment legislation across Canada
