Elevate the guest experience at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge as the current Recreation Assistant Manager. Oversee diverse activities, manage staff, and ensure facilities shine with engaging services.

As the Recreation Assistant Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the Pool, Fitness Area, Kids Camp, and more, enhancing recreation experiences for all guests. You will ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain cleanliness and satisfaction across all recreation facilities. Your leadership will also extend to development and implementation of programs that boost departmental revenue and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily recreation operations and service standards
• Lead and maintain cleanliness in Pool and Boathouse areas




• Develop engaging recreational programs for guests
• Effectively schedule and manage recreation staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies

Requirements:
• Previous experience in recreational programming
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Degree in recreation or related field preferred
• Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Motivational skills to lead and develop teams
