You will partner closely with leaders to align business priorities with people strategies that drive both divisional and enterprise outcomes.Assigned to a specific business line, you’ll develop a deep understanding of business strategy and operating context, translating insight into practical, high‑impact HR solutions. You will provide expert, practical advice to improve workforce effectiveness, organizational performance, and leadership capability, balancing strategic insight with hands‑on execution. By leveraging HR Centres of Excellence, workforce analytics, and professional expertise, you’ll support enterprise outcomes and our sustained competitive advantage enabled by culture,



leadership and aligned systems.This is the role for you if you are a relationship-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and people leadership, exercises sound judgment in complex environments, and influences outcomes through credibility and insight.What you'll doAct as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, influencing decision‑making related to organizational design, workforce planning, talent, performance, and cultureTranslate business strategies into integrated HR plans that support short- and long-term outcomesLeverage workforce analytics, metrics, and external trends to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and inform evidence‑based decisionsTranslate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives that enable leaders to act with confidenceCommunicate with influence and credibility, adapting messages to diverse audiences and coaching leaders to achieve resultsLead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, role clarity, and transformation efforts, ensuring thoughtful change management and leader readinessProvide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including sensitive and complex situations, balancing risk mitigation, fairness, and business needsFacilitate and mediate challenging conversations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentFoster inclusive dialogue, respectfully challenge perspectives, and support leaders in making informed, values‑based decisionsPartner closely with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, ER, DEI, etc.) to connect the right expertise at the right timeBuild and sustain strong cross‑divisional relationships, working collaboratively across HR, Legal, Finance,



and other key partnersWhat you'll bring to the teamRequired qualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related fieldA minimum of ten years of progressive HR experience with significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leadersStrong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and strategic prioritiesExceptional communication, coaching and relationship-building skillsExperience using data and analytics to inform decisions and influence outcomesSound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidencePreferred qualificationsCPHR designationDemonstrated expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and change leadershipExperience supporting large, national organizationsProficiency in both official languages (English and French)Not sure you meet every requirement?
