Basecamp Resorts is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects in Calgary or Canmore, Alberta. Join a dynamic team dedicated to creating unique hospitality experiences and ensuring quality delivery.

In this full time role, you will act as the Owner’s Representative, managing projects from late-stage design to occupancy. Your expertise in construction management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication will drive successful project completion. Collaborating closely with contractors and internal teams, you'll ensure that all phases of construction align with Basecamp's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee delivery from handover to construction completion
• Conduct weekly meetings with contractors to track actions




• Monitor progress against the approved construction schedule
• Ensure compliance with construction quality standards
• Manage project records, risks, and decisions

Requirements:
• Extensive construction and project management experience
• Proven track record from design to warranty stages
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and processes
• Leadership and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license; travel required
