Lead innovative design and construction projects with the City of London. This full time, hybrid role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes and strategic initiatives in facilities management.
As the Manager of Facilities Design and Construction, you will provide leadership for both interior and capital projects. Your expertise will guide a multi-disciplinary team while ensuring adherence to standards and quality requirements. You will collaborate with various service areas, fostering enterprise-wide partnerships to align projects with the corporation's evolving goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and execution of multiple projects
• Manage budgets and develop comprehensive project plans
• Lead a cross-functional team in strategic initiatives
• Prepare tenders, contracts, and manage procurement processes
• Promote health and safety initiatives within the team
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Facilities Management
• 5-7 years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Valid Class G Driver's License
• OACETT certification is an asset
