Spin Master International B.V. is seeking an Associate Counsel in Ontario to advise on securities, treasury/finance, tax, M&A; and corporate governance matters. The role covers multi-jurisdictional projects and requires solid drafting and coordination with internal teams.
You will support from LOIs to closing, manage governance initiatives across countries, and liaise with external counsel on complex transactions. Ontario bar and 3–5 years in corporate law are expected.
