Comptroller – Full Time – St. John's (Association Services Office)
Wage Range: $95,000-$106,000/yr

Join Our Team We are seeking a Comptroller to oversee and lead the organization's finance function. Reporting to the CFO, this role provides financial leadership while maintaining accountability for the day-to-day execution of accounting operations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner of leadership, helping guide the financial strategy, support operational decision-making, and strengthen financial performance. This position reports to the Association Services Office in St. John's.
Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent experience specializing in financial oversight would be considered
5-7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Leadership experience
CPA designation
Strong technical accounting capabilities (i.e., month-end accounting procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Sage 300 experience
Previous experience in non-profit would be preferred
Must be comfortable remaining actively involved in the details of the finance function including financial reporting, controls, payroll and team leadership
Criminal Record Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
